12-18 Years

I read through the syllabus guide to make sure I cover all my basis and then find practice questions that the student can work on

I give them practices to complete between classes to make sure they have understood what I taught

Yes, I think this is very important in making sure that student is following and understanding as well as reviewing after the class. I will go through questions the student has during the next class.

Q: What technology or resources do you use to enhance your lessons, particularly for online sessions?

I usually share screen from my ipad and write down or draw out what I'm teaching.

Yes, I usually reply my emails fairly quickly.

Q: Do you have any specific strategies for motivating students who may be struggling or disengaged with the subject material?

I always use easier questions to help student build their confidence first and then give them increasing hard questions afterwards

Q: Do you have experience working with students with learning differences or special needs?

I have worked with childrens aged 3-5 that may have learning differences, however I make sure I am very patient and slowly explain at a pace the student understands.
