I embrace the "teach, don't tell" methodology. Learning is best cultivated when the student is able to stimulate their thinking and solve their own problems. I adopt a methodology where I will not provide them with the correct solution, but rather guide them and teach them how to find the correct solution by leveraging the resources that the student has available to them. It's more about the process of getting to the solution rather than the actual solution itself. Read less
