During my French lessons, the teaching is shaped around the individual's way of learning so that the output is the same as any other student. I make sure my students take out the most important aspects of the language and learn effectively and efficiently based on their purpose for wanting to learn it. The very first lesson kicks off with pronunciation and understanding the sound of the language then straight away to forming sentences. Each lesson will practice the language in all aspects including listening comprehension, oral communication and reading and writing. If one of the aspects are weaker than the others, then a single lesson will be shaped around that. The lessons can be fun, simple or more complex based on how you prefer to learn. I had been working as a Guest Lecturer in Accounting and Taxation under The University Of Calicut, India before arriving to New Zealand. Full time job of teaching & tutoring over 100 tertiary students was rewarding but I loved my job. Some of the duties include: - Lecture planning, preparation and research - One-to-one interaction with students, if required - Checking and assessing students' work - Encouraging personal development via tutorial - Invigilating examinations - Attending staff meetings - Schedule extra classes and prepare notes - Reading academic journals - Supervising both graduates and post graduates - Attending and speaking at conference seminars My approach to tutoring is to provide a tailor-made tuition depending on the needs of the student. I aim to run a tuition in support of the progression of my students through their subject syllabus, but I am also willing to progress more slowly and focus on particularly weak areas if the students so desires. I would advise offering pre-exam revision sessions and mock exams as well. Moreover, I expect students to maintain regular contact in regards to their subject progressions and their individual needs. In addition, I am happy to meet the parents or guardians of my students prior to the commencement of tuition in order to ascertain what they wish their child to gain from tuition.

I have my education degree in which I have learnt the concepts of teaching learning process and how to overcome the problems of students. Moreover, I have my two master degree in my subject. I belong to Auckland.
