Hi, I'm Rachel. As a qualified TEFL English teacher and a Law school graduate, I offer lessons to individuals looking to improve their English language skills. I am a Civil Engineer and I have nearly 15 years experiences in teaching from 2013 to 2018 when the Matriculation students were being taught in my home country, Myanmar. I am currently studying Master of Environmental Enfineering at the Universiry of Auckland as a Scholarship student awarded by the New Zealand Government.

Design Lecturer in the Fashion Department at Whitecliffe College of Arts and Design in Auckland. Involved with the teaching of sustainable design practices and relevant design thinking in this field along with mentoring students in working towards their research methodology and final studio practice.

I am a semi-retired academic, having taught German and and Italian language ad literature as well as English for interdisciplinary courses. In English I specialist in language and literature (for exam purposes or otherwise) and can teach from beginner's level through to advanced level courses, or post-graduate; I have supervised many a post-graduate essay.dissertation or thesis in a number of different subject areas and can provide hands one, face-to-face mentoring and editing for Masters and PhD students. Having a PhD myself in Comparative Literature I can help the student to craft their use of language in such a way so as to be most effective. I am a South African, although I grew u in Zimbabwe (formerly Rhodesia) and hence am familiar too with the O and A level British system of secondary education. I have also studied in Italy and obtained my degrees from Stellenboscch University in South Africa.

I have past and present experiences in teaching students Mathematics and Sciences and have helped students excel in their studies through various ways and techniques that suit each individuals' learning styles. A little about myself, I am a qualified pharmacist in the UK and I am currently a PhD student in cardiac physiology at the University of Auckland. I have a strong background in sciences and mathematics. I have also taught students at the university and tutor other students from high school to college as a part-time job during my school days. I would like to continue this passion and share them with other students.

I have kept up with constant changes due to teaching and preparing students for compTIA's two exams for many years. I am available to tutor in an online format and provide valuable feedback. How important is the hardware aspect of this certification in 2019, you may ask? Answer: Very important as there will always be an increase in the number of gamers requiring a powerful system. Furthermore, all academic institutes use hundreads of hardware boxes for there students due to their robust nature in comparison with laptops/Ipads and other PDA's . Haishun Yin currently completed her master’s courses of TESOL at the University of Auckland and she is developing her teaching skills in New Zealand as an ESOL and IELTS teacher. She has nine years’ teaching experience in a vocational college. She started voluntary ESOL teaching work in English Language Partners from December of 2019 was awarded the certificate of teaching as a home tutor in New Zealand. She is a capable and conscientious teacher who is passionate about keeping up to date with the latest methodologies for teaching bilingual and international students.

Being a positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook on life, I love my job of helping each and every student to learn and grow in an affirming creative way. I had been working as a Guest Lecturer in Accounting and Taxation under The University Of Calicut, India before arriving to New Zealand. Full time job of teaching & tutoring over 100 tertiary students was rewarding but I loved my job. I aim to run a tuition in support of the progression of my students through their subject syllabus, but I am also willing to progress more slowly and focus on particularly weak areas if the students so desires. I would advise offering pre-exam revision sessions and mock exams as well. Moreover, I expect students to maintain regular contact in regards to their subject progressions and their individual needs. In addition, I am happy to meet the parents or guardians of my students prior to the commencement of tuition in order to ascertain what they wish their child to gain from tuition.
