I am a M.Sc in Biochemisty (Gold medalist) and a B.Sc. Biotechnology) followed by a decade of teaching exprience in schools, reputed coaching institutes, at home tutoring and online tutoring to students in Canada, USA, Australia, UK and the Middle East countries for grade 5 to grade 12. My core areas of expertise is Science (for Grade 5-10) and Biology and Chemistry (for Grade 11-12). My name is Olivia, and I am currently a PhD student at UC Davis, studing environmental engineering. My work focuses on biological treatment of trace organic contaminants (e.g. pesticides) in water. I have two years of experience as a teaching assistant for undergraduates, and am knowledgable in many interconnected areas such as biology, chemistry, mathematics, engineering and ecology. I am passionate about making learning spaces comfortable and accessible for students of all backgrounds.
