Hello, I'm a seasoned Software Engineer located in Milton Ontario with a passion for building high quality software applications. I have a Masters in Computer Science and over 10 years of experience in the field. In my entire career I have worked for companies of all sizes ranging from small startups to Multi national companies in variety of domains. I have extensive experience designing and building both Frontend and Backend of Enterprise software in variety of platforms and programming languages such as Java, Python, Javascript, Spring, NodeJs, React. However my primary expertise is in Java and related frameworks such Spring, Dropwizard etc. I have been mentoring Coop students, New grads and Junior developers for over 4 years which has given me the opportunity to understand the problems beginners and students face when they enter into the world of application development. I have worked for 7 years in the United States as a Software Engineer and have been working in Canada for over 3 years now which has given me rich experience in both markets.

I happened to discover coding, and I instantly fell in love with it. Ever since I was a child, I've always had a natural curiosity about how things work. Technology has always fascinated me, and I've been particularly drawn to the applications we used to play on the earliest versions of the iPhone. This curiosity led me to pursue a diploma in Information Technology at Temasek Polytechnic. Throughout my studies, I learned about the importance of technology and its impact on society. I also developed key technical skills such as Web Development, which I further honed through projects with external companies. Currently, I am a sophomore working towards becoming a professional Software Engineer as part of the Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Software Engineering program at Singapore Management University. Outside of academics, I am someone who always looks for the positive in any situation, no matter how challenging it may be. I strongly believe that you have control over your own learning outcomes, and that the results of your hard work are directly related to the effort you put in. My optimistic attitude and resilience have enabled me to turn difficult circumstances into valuable learning opportunities. I am truly passionate about my work as a Software Engineer, and I strive to foster a culture of lifelong learning with those I collaborate with.
