My name is Emmanuel and I am a banker located in Toronto. I love teaching and impacting people’s lives positively. I teach Economics and other business courses. I want to share all my knowledge which I got while studying Financial and business economics in school. I am a young man and understand how tough it is to balance learning in a digital world with so many distractions.

STATEMENT OF TEACHING PHILOSOPHY – January, 2019 Based on my decades of college and university teaching experience, including a wide range of both undergraduate and graduate courses in business, economics, research methods, and critical thinking, in New England and North Georgia, on campus and on-line.

I am a full-time tutor of Business and Economics with five years of experience. I have taught over 100 students and helped them to achieve their academic goals. I graduated from Brunel University in 2017 with a first-class Hons BSc International Business and Economics. My approach to tutoring is to make learning fun! It can be really stressful when exams are looming, or if you just don't quite understand something, so it's important to work at a comfortable, yet challenging, pace for the student. I make my lessons engaging and relatable, always using real-life examples to make the concept easier to digest. This will also help the student to build an understanding of how their knowledge will be useful later on, outside of the classroom. Students find me friendly and approachable as I am young, which keeps them motivated to keep working and enjoying their subject.
