As someone who has led their own personal journey with Bipolar 2, ADHD, and online addiction, I am well-versed and have thoroughly researched a variety of techniques and methods that are highly beneficial in supporting you or those you wish to help.

I am a seasoned holistic nutrition specialist, naturopath, and health coach, as well as a yoga teacher working for my own company, Brooklynfit. As a former English teacher in France, I am accustomed to teaching people according to their own skills and goals. Having worked with diverse clients from various backgrounds, I understand that health is not one-size-fits-all.
