I'm Terence, a registered architect with over 25 years of professional experience. I graduated from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) with a degree in architecture and hold full registration with both the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) and the Architects Registration Board (ARB). Throughout my career, I have relied heavily on mathematics—geometry, trigonometry, algebra, and proportions—for structural calculations, spatial design, and precise layouts. I specialize in teaching math, chemistry, and biology for IGCSE, IB Diploma, and AP exams. I graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Master's Degree in Biochemistry.
