Hey there! My name is Holly! I am a student at the University of Toronto pursuing a B.Sc. and a Masters of Teaching. My B.Sc. specializes in mathematics, human geography, and education. I have been tutoring awesome kids since I was in grade 10 and have a long history of experience with children. This includes ski and snowboard instructing, swim instructing, gymnastics coaching, and being a camp counselor. I tutor subjects including geography, math, elementary reading and English, and middle/elementary science. With my goal of becoming an Ontario Certified Teacher, I have a deep passion for learning and education. A Ph.D. student in astrophysics at the University of Tokyo, I have over two years of experience mentoring high school students in programming and other scientific projects related to astronomy through my university's outreach program. Additionally, I worked as a teaching assistant for one and a half years, guiding and supervising freshmen students at the university. I have been coding and working on hobbyist electronics projects since my teenage years, accumulating substantial experience in these fields.
