I'm a creative writing, drama, and interview prep teacher who has been working with small private classes and 1-on-1 pupils in Asia since 2015. I help native speakers and second-language learners of all ages and abilities to feel confident in their reading, speaking and writing skills. In my tuition, we work in a Harkness seminar style, mirroring the format of prep schools and liberal arts colleges in the US, as many of my students are aiming to receive an offer there. The goal is to practice techniques and build confidence in order to be well-prepared when entering these learning settings, where questions and student-led analysis are expected. Additionally, I have helped many applicants prepare for their university admissions processes, drawing on my experience as a Brown University Alumni interviewer.
