I am a certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience in various styles, including Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, and pre- & postnatal yoga. I offer gentle group classes and supportive 1-on-1 sessions tailored to your individual needs - whether you would like to relieve stress, improve mobility, or simply reconnect with your body and breath.
