I use the following methods and principles in my classes:

1. Student-Centered Approach - I provide guide questions and lead my students to the correct answer. I don't spoonfeed.
2. 80/20 Principle - As much as possible, I let my students spend 80% of the time to practice the target language and less time for instruction.
3. Diffused Mode of Learning - Students are given performance tasks. They don't focus that much on grammar rules, vocab, and pronunciation. Instead, focus more on speaking. Read less
