Q: What accounting software do you teach, and what versions of it are you comfortable with?

I Currently do not teach any Accounting Packages.

Q: What level of accounting do you teach, and what grades or levels are you comfortable teaching?

I teach Accounting Grade 8 to 12, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Bookkeeping. I'm also comfortable with Business and economics.

Q: Do you have experience with online teaching platforms or virtual tutoring, and what is your preferred method of communication with students?

I have 5 years online tutoring experience, mainly using apps like zoom,microsoft teams and big blue button. My preferred method of communication is email and microsoft teams chat because it carries some level of professionalism.

Q: How do you ensure that students understand the accounting concepts and principles they are learning, and how do you reinforce that knowledge?

I keep my students engaged using different methods, I facilitate their learning, helping them achieve their learning goals more efficiently.

Q: How do you help students prepare for accounting exams or standardized tests?

I create specialised tutoring sessions aimed at preparing students for the exam.

Q: Do you offer any additional resources or materials to supplement your lessons, such as practice exercises or online tutorials?

I do provide online tutorials and practice exercises are always part of those tutorials.

Q: How do you help students prepare for accounting exams or coursework, and what strategies do you use to build their confidence in their accounting abilities?

First, i make sure that their foundation in Accounting concepts is up to speed and also help them apply that knowledge to real life situations. i create activities for them aimed at improving their confidence.
