I have been offering private tution since 2014. For my lessons, I will usually check with the parents or students regarding the area of weakness and guide students accordingly. As every student has different learning pace, I will conduct lesson accordingly to ensure that students are learning effectively and coping well. Most of my students have showed improvements and I have also received postive feedbacks from parents. As my students treated me as their friends, most of them feel comfortable approaching me whenever they are in doubt, even after lesson. I am open to consultation or checking of work after lesson, should students require.

I usually teach and travel within the East area. If there are more than 2 students (preferably same level) within a same timeslot, I am also open to have lessons at my place at a lower cost.

Language is not an easy subject to learn, and some may even dislike the language itself. To develop student's interest in learning, my lesson may include educational videos, games and activites to make the lesson more interactive. Personally, I feel that "learning through play" can sometimes be more effective than "pure learning through teaching". Read less
