I am writing to apply for an English Teaching position. I have experience doing both online and in-class teaching. With my 3 years experience teaching here in Thailand, I understand the teaching values and practices observed here in Thailand.

During my senior year in the University, I have worked closely with Thai teachers as I have been one of the Philippines' delegates to be sent to other ASEAN countries through a program by the SEAMEO, under the name of SEA-Teacher Program.

I have been an online English as a second language (ESL) teacher during my free time. I have enjoyed teaching English to Chinese students and I have watched them improve their English during the course of my teaching with them.

Previously, I taught in Prathomsuksa Thammasat School as an English Language Teacher. I am also pursuing professional development by taking up my Master's Degree in Teaching English at Filamer Christian University. Due to this wonderful opportunity, I have been more open to learning diverse cultures of teaching here in Thailand.

Currently, I am teaching at Brightstart Academy. BSA focuses on children learning by doing. Use skills to think critically, plan, solve problems, etc.

Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments in an organisation. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team.

With a BS degree in Secondary Education major in English, I have a comprehensive understanding of the teaching techniques and styles that would enhance students' learning.

I have 3+ years of experience, plus these matching accomplishments:

Lesson plan creation. Created 3 yearly lesson plans and 400+ daily lesson plans with 20% boost in student engagement.
Communication. Improved communication with students and parents to achieve 32% increase in student pass-rate in one year.
