My philosophy of teaching is that students need to be respected and we should let them see that we are interested in their success. This means teachers must constantly look for new ways to teach students that match the culture of the students. This means we should use a lot of new technology and get feedback from the students and other teachers to learn how to best run a class. I have seen that many students struggle with math problems in Chemistry class so I give the students extra help. Read less
