Hi, my name is Michele! I am a LSE BSc Economics student ranked within the top 10% of the class and for secondary school I was an academic scholar at King's College School Wimbledon with the Maths Award. I am very passionate about both Maths and Economics and really excited to help any students. Alongside subject prep, I am very willing to help with Entrance Exams and interview preparation for schools such as King's College School Wimbledon having been through it myself. For older students I am also very happy to help with UCAS x Interview x Personal Statement Reviews for LSE, Oxbridge or any top Russell Group entry having received offers from them myself.
My Academic Credentials to date are as follows:
- I have 4A*s at A-levels in Further Maths, Maths, Economics and French. At GCSEs I achieved 13 9s.
- In my First Year at LSE I have averaged 82 across my courses, this is in the top 10% of the LSE BSc Economics students. In the individual courses I acheived in the
top 1% for Statistics, the top 5% for Accounting, the top 5% for Mathematics and the top 10% for Macroeconomics.
- I can speak 4 Languages (English, Italian, French and Spanish), in case that helps the lesson, but I do prefer to teach in English!
At KCS Wimbledon, I received awards for my contributions to tutoring and teaching a variety of age groups, culminating in the Heather McKissack Partnership Award for my teaching in Mathematics, Linguistics and Economics. In my experience I have learnt the importance of effective communication, patience and ability to motivate my students.
In my lessons I will aim to both help you learn and truly understand the topic at hand. With patience and the ability to adapt and motivate my students, we can take on and discuss challenging questions together. My goal is not only to help you study, but also help you learn how to study most effectively and build foundations that will last long into the future. Read less

As an economics student with an international background, across my years in education I have also developed a passion for teaching and helping others learn. Over the years, many excellent tutors and teachers have contributed to my development as an academic. They taught me how to listen to students, how to challenge them, but most importantly how to help students understand the topic at hand. I want to now contribute to building a student’s curiosity and to motivate them to excel in the subject Read less
