I have been able to provide extra support for individual pupils who are underachieving in literacy and numeracy and encourage them to learn. My interpersonal skills have improved immensely as I have to communicate with children from Kindergarten, primary, and senior students with different abilities, religions, and cultures.

I am a hardworking and driven individual who isn't afraid to face a challenge. I'm passionate about my work, and I know how to get the job done. I would describe myself as an open and honest person who doesn't believe in misleading others and tries to be fair in everything I do. I inspire students to develop the self-confidence required to succeed in school.

I stay involved with my students and continually give feedback. I ask a lot of questions to ensure the students understand what they are doing and keep interactions flowing. The most rewarding feeling to me is the expressions of gratitude from my students. I'm a qualified teacher with a degree in education and a TESOL certificate. Read less
