If you struggle with Math, need help understanding Math, or just don’t get it. I can help. I am a Certified Secondary Mathematics teacher who loves Math and understands how to make Math make sense to you. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Sciences which means I really love math. This also means that I don’t have to be in the same room just to teach math.

I like to observe a student work or a sample of their work to identify where they may have misconceptions or struggle with the content. During tutoring , I also like to communicate with students to see what they have learned and what they understand.

When going over the work and the lesson, I model and explain examples using grade appropriate language and showing step by step examples.

I then work with the student to complete example problems, checking their work as they go along. Read less
