Q: What teaching methods do you use to help students learn Math concepts and solve problems?

Practice, be honest, making student feel comfortable during class, prepare difficulty level individually for student, otherwise he/she will not understand anything during class at all.

Q: Do you have experience with online teaching platforms or virtual tutoring, and what is your preferred method of communication with students?

Yes, almost 5 years of experience, preferred Discord + virtual board, I can also use Messenger, Google Hangouts, Zoom, Teams, but Discord is the best choice for me so far.

Q: What Math topics or concepts are you particularly skilled in teaching, and how do you keep up to date with changes in the curriculum?

All up to University level from Polish curriculum. I can update or modify it to any topic/concept needed up to DSE(including DSE) level. Depends of your needs, the levels PL-HK are similiar. Just little diffirent aspects, still same math. Let me know what you need and I can prepare for it, certainly that won't be anything new to me.

Q: How do you communicate with parents about their child's progress and any challenges they may be facing in learning Math?

In touch with them directly, whatsapp or any other form, whatever they choose.

Q: Do you provide any additional resources or materials to supplement your lessons, such as practice exercises or online tutorials?

I can prepare some excercises, I got my own tutorials, but they are unfortunetly in Polish Language.

Q: What is your approach to homework assignments, and how do you ensure students understand the concepts covered in class?

Goal is to make my students do whole excercise by themselves. I stop explanation when they can fully solve an excercise without my assistance + I give him similiar homework after class. Next class I check if homework is correct. That's my verification method if student understands concept or not.

Q: What steps do you take to ensure that your teaching approach is compatible with the student's learning style?

There are no specific steps, It's individual. First I want to make student feel as comfortable as he/she can, that opens gate to make him/her be honest with me, and then when we have good communication, then I can try to feel other person and I prepare individual methods for him/her.

Q: Do you have experience working with students with learning disabilities or special needs, and how do you adapt your teaching methods to accommodate their needs?

I've had only 5 students like that, it's not enough to create steps, and I can't tell I'm experienced with these guys at all. I can always try to increase my experience there.
