I graduated matric from Rondebosch Boys' High School with a 93% average. My marks included:

- 99% for Mathematics
- 99% for Advanced Program Mathematics (AP Maths)
- 98% for Information Technology (IT)
- 90% for English

During my studies at Stellenbosch University, I was a tutor for 3 years, tutoring 8 different courses. During that time, I developed a keen interest in tutoring and the process of teaching.

Finding interesting ways to teach and break down complex principles into understandable parts is what drew me to teaching.
