Hello everyone!

My name is Manqoba Zungu, and I am excited to be your tutor. I hold BSc, MSc and PhD degrees in Biological Sciences from UKZN, and I have been teaching this subject for 4 years. Teaching is my passion, and I take great joy in assisting students in developing their skills and reaching their academic goals.

My teaching approach focuses on establishing a solid foundation of knowledge and then expanding upon it to help students maximize their potential. I believe that practice and reinforcement are essential in mastering any subject, which is why I ensure that students have ample opportunities to apply what they have learned. In addition, I like to incorporate real-world examples and practical applications into my lessons to demonstrate the relevance of the material being covered. Ultimately, my goal as a tutor is to instill confidence in your abilities and cultivate a lifelong love for learning.

To ensure that my tutoring meets its intended outcomes, I believe in getting students involved. By making students more active participants in their learning, they are more likely to develop a better understanding of the course material, as well as the knowledge, attitude, and skills needed to succeed in their field of choice.
