Q: What teaching methods do you use to help students learn Math concepts and solve problems?

With my exclusive learning resources and guidance based on my vast experience, I focus on detailed, patient teaching, always interacting with the student to ensure they fully understand. I follow the curriculum syllabus, using past paper questions to prepare students for exams, as well as supervision with internal assessments. I base my teaching on the Socratic approach; encouraging students by asking questions and making sure to have frequent discussions on progress to help improve and acheive high grades.

Q: Do you have experience with online teaching platforms or virtual tutoring, and what is your preferred method of communication with students?

Yes, I have a profound experience in tutoring online, using interactive tools and methods to engage with students. I'm also flexible and available everytime to communicate outside lesson time.

Q: What Math topics or concepts are you particularly skilled in teaching, and how do you keep up to date with changes in the curriculum?

I am skilled in teaching all sorts of topics, and particularly receive good reviews with calculus, algebra, numbers, trigonometry and more. I specialize in teaching Maths in IB, IGCSE and MYP, but also advanced curriculum such as IB Maths AA, as well as IGCSE Further Pure Maths. I can also offer other subjects like Physics and DT as well. I keep up with changes in curriculum through exclusive online resources.

Q: How do you communicate with parents about their child's progress and any challenges they may be facing in learning Math?

If there are any concerns about students' progress, I am happy to talk with parents about progress in lessons or offer any advice to help students overcome challenges.

Q: Do you provide any additional resources or materials to supplement your lessons, such as practice exercises or online tutorials?

Yes, I provide resources such as past paper questions by each topic, as well as supplementary notes for my lessons.

Q: What is your approach to homework assignments, and how do you ensure students understand the concepts covered in class?

I provide homework based on the student's progress in school. If the student is struggling to keep up I would give additional questions after lessons to make sure they get enough practice and understand concepts fully.

Q: What steps do you take to ensure that your teaching approach is compatible with the student's learning style?

Always ask questions to the student to test their knowledge/level of understanding and frequently check up on school progress to teach based on students' needs.

Q: Do you have experience working with students with learning disabilities or special needs, and how do you adapt your teaching methods to accommodate their needs?

No, I do not have experience, but I can adapt by being more careful and patient when teaching.
