Hello! My name is Genand Escarilla Umban, and I’m excited to be your guide on this educational journey. With a passion for learning and a heart for teaching, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our online tutoring sessions, making learning both effective and fun!

I hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and am a licensed Registered Electrical Engineer and Registered Master Electrician. With 4 years of experience as a Special Science Teacher with the Department of Education (DepEd) and a role as a part-time lecturer in the College of Engineering, I have helped many students excel in their studies and achieve their dreams.

My approach to teaching is all about creating a supportive and engaging environment. I believe that every student is unique, so I tailor my lessons to fit each individual's learning style and needs. Whether we’re tackling challenging electrical engineering concepts, preparing for exams, or exploring new topics, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

In our sessions, you can expect interactive and innovative teaching methods that make complex subjects easy to understand. I’m patient, approachable, and dedicated to seeing my students succeed. I’m also a big fan of reading books, manga, webtoons, and playing sports like badminton—these interests help me stay inspired and bring fresh perspectives into our lessons.
