Q: What teaching methods do you use to help students learn Math concepts and solve problems?

Backward design, where the students need to start with activity from a broad range of ideas putting up together to get to a core topic by chunking of every steps. In a traditional strategies,it is similar to deductive method(from general to specific).

Q: Do you have experience with online teaching platforms or virtual tutoring, and what is your preferred method of communication with students?

Yes, 3 years of teching online class, hybrid class and currently working as an ESL teacher. Via Zoom or Google classroom is one of the best platform to use for this set up.

Q: What Math topics or concepts are you particularly skilled in teaching, and how do you keep up to date with changes in the curriculum?

The basic Math for elementary level, Math foundation for middle schooler and for Highschool, Algebra, Trigonometry and Geometry is my expertise. I keep attending training s and seminars to adopt new skills and information to enhance my teaching strategies and curricular concepts

Q: How do you communicate with parents about their child's progress and any challenges they may be facing in learning Math?

Emailing parents to keep them posted of every information they have to know. Being transparent on the progressas well as the needs of improvement part of students journey.

Q: Do you provide any additional resources or materials to supplement your lessons, such as practice exercises or online tutorials?

Yes I do provide online activities using different platform to enhance students engagement and success on each topic.

Q: What is your approach to homework assignments, and how do you ensure students understand the concepts covered in class?

Homework is an extension of students activity during each session. This is design to enhance studensunderstanding and a prepartion for the next topic. To ensure if the target lesson was met, every lesson must havea wrap up part or atleast wring a short summary of things they learned and what they dont understand.

Q: What steps do you take to ensure that your teaching approach is compatible with the student's learning style?

Giving formative assessment is one of the best way to ensure that the teacher offering a lesson suited to their level of interest and skills.

Q: Do you have experience working with students with learning disabilities or special needs, and how do you adapt your teaching methods to accommodate their needs?

Yes, I handled CO-Taught Classes in USA. This classroom setting is a mixed of General Eucation student and student with learning disabilities in one setting. I am trained and certified to handle such cases. for this case, I use ID-YD-WD method (I do, We do, You do), and differentiated activities suited fo their learning skills and level.
