My ways of teaching are very simple and comprehensible. I have a great strategy to engage with students. The first thing I make sure is that they feel comfortable with me so that they can be open to exchanging dialogue with me. I also incorporate jokes into my teaching. This is another way to keep students feeling comfortable, as if they were with their friends. In this environment, their minds become free and they are more receptive to anything I say. Read less
