The important part is the concept understanding. Once the concept is clear, students can grasp the knowledge pretty fast.

These topics are always evolving as new regulations and compliance requirements are being introduced. It is important to let students know how to stay updates.

The principle of valuation does not change based on different type of assets. Once the students understand the principles and application of valuation, they can use it in both academic and practical work context.
