Hi there! My name is Clara, and I am currently living in South Korea. However, I have also lived in the United States, specifically California, Indiana, and New York, for about 20 years. For almost 10 years, I was an English teacher for employees and executive members of big companies in Korea such as Samsung, LG, Emart, and Posco. I was also a TOEFL/TOEIC instructor at Park Jeong English. I love teaching, talking, listening, and exchanging knowledge and information with others. My 6-year-old son was born and raised in Korea, speaks English fluently, and it was a great experience teaching him the culture and language as I homeschooled him for 4.5 years. Mostly, I adapt to the student's preferences, whether it's free conversation, debating on a specific topic, or preparing for a business trip or interview. I believe that speaking a language is a habit we develop over time. So, I focus more on communicative language teaching to encourage the habit of speaking in English. The more we speak, the more it becomes a habit, and soon becomes just a natural part of our daily method of communication. Read less
