My approach to teaching is to combine theoratical foumdations with practical applications. I use real world examples, case studies and interactive activities to engage students and promote deeper understanding.
My appraoch involes real world examples to illustrate the complexities of ethical decision making. Through case studies, discussions students will develop critical thinking skills and learn to make values-driven decisions. By emphasizing the importance of corporate social responsibility, i am to empower students to become students to become responsible leaders who prioritize both profitability and societal well-being.
To foster teamwork and leadership skills, i would provide opportunities for students to take on leadership roles within group projects or presentetions. This would enable them to develop leadership styles, make decisions, encouraging them to share ideas, allocate tasks and work towards a common goal. Through these students will develop essential skills such as communication, problem solving and conflic resolution.
I would invite guest lecturers being the proffesionals in the industry, diverse business backgrounds to educate and share their experiances, challanges and successes. This would not inspire students but also give them a chance to ask questions and learn. I would encourage students to parcitipate in business competitions and entreprenuership events where they can showcase their ideas and recieve feedback.
I would assess their strenghts and weaknesses through diagnostic tests, identifying areas of improvement. Then, i'd create personalized study plans, focusing on specific content review, practice questions and test taking strategies.
For presentations, I'd guide students through the process of crafting clear, concise and engaging content focusing on structure, structure, visual aids and delivery techniques. I'd also provide opportunities for students to practice presenting, offering constructive feedback on various aspects. For communication, i'd encourage students to parcitipate in discussions, debates and role plays. Helpinng them to develop essential skills like active listening, clarity and persuasion.
I would recommend or organize: Business clubs or organizations, Entreprenuership competitions, Mentoring programmes, business plan development workshops, Insternships in the business indutstry
