Q: What teaching methods do you use to help students learn Math concepts and solve problems?

Math may be a difficult and scary subject for some students, thus, engaging with students step by step and understanding their fear will help us move forward and teach them.

Q: Do you have experience with online teaching platforms or virtual tutoring, and what is your preferred method of communication with students?

I have exprience in online teaching.

Q: What Math topics or concepts are you particularly skilled in teaching, and how do you keep up to date with changes in the curriculum?

I usually tutor students in pre-school and primary which entails of numbrs, additions, subtraction and basic multiplication and division.

Q: How do you communicate with parents about their child's progress and any challenges they may be facing in learning Math?

Helping the parents understand where and why their children are facing challenges should be number one priority. We can give them some suggestions on how to do some revision at home with their children.

Q: Do you provide any additional resources or materials to supplement your lessons, such as practice exercises or online tutorials?

Yes, I do provide additonal resoruces like worksheets and assignments. These are based on the level of understanding and a little more to push the chidlren to enjoy Maths.

Q: What is your approach to homework assignments, and how do you ensure students understand the concepts covered in class?

The homework assignments are based on the concepts the students cover at school and in lessons with me. This is a revision for the students and we go over the questions.

Q: What steps do you take to ensure that your teaching approach is compatible with the student's learning style?

The first class is always about being there with the student and building a pace which the student would be comfortable with, yet, not too comfortable because it is tutoring afterall.

Q: Do you have experience working with students with learning disabilities or special needs, and how do you adapt your teaching methods to accommodate their needs?

No, I do not but I am keen to gain that experience.
