At the moment, I don’t use any specific accounting software as part of my tutoring. My teaching focuses more on building a strong understanding of accounting theory, principles, and exam techniques, rather than system-based training. This question is therefore not applicable to the services I currently offer.
I offer support accross a wide range of subjects - from high school to university level, and even professional certification preparations My approach adapts based on the learner’s level and prior knowledge. I specialize in: - High school subjects: Accounting, Economics, & Business Studies. - University subjects: Economics, Financial Accounting, Business Management, Internal Auditing, Business Law, Internal, Risk Management, Business & Adminstrative Communication. - Professioal certification: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) all three parts.
Yes, I have extensive experience tutoring virtually. I mainly use Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom and any other online platform. I'm really open to any method of communication: emails, calls, WhatsAp, as long as i can communicate with my student and be able to share materials. I also use Google shared folders to track progress and share information in real time.
I use simplified explanations, relatable real-life examples, and visual aids to explain concepts clearly. I also reinforce learning by using revision questions, short quizzes, and continuous feedback during sessions to track understanding and close knowledge gaps.
I create a realistic study schedule with my students, revise past exam questions, and focus on high-weight topics. I also teach them exam strategies like time management, how to approach multiple-choice questions, and how to identify keywords in exam prompts
Yes, I definitely provide practice exercises and extra study materials to support my students. I also guide them toward reliable and helpful external resources—like specific YouTube channels or platforms—that can explain certain concepts in a different or more visual way. While I don’t currently offer recorded video tutorials, I make sure that whatever I share adds value to the student’s learning experience.
I focus on building a solid understanding of foundational concepts before moving to complex problems. I use positive reinforcement, track improvements over time, and celebrate small wins. I also allow space for students to ask questions without judgment, which helps boost their confidence and motivation.
