I have a first-class law degree from UCL, one of the best law schools in the world, having graduated in 2023. My job as a corporate lawyer will start next year. Until then, I will be based in Seoul for a minimum of one year. I am looking forward to tutoring enthusiastic and proactive students in English language and literature, including essay writing and exam preparation, as well as oral skills. I am also a native Spanish speaker, having grown up in a Spanish-speaking country, and can provide Spanish tutoring classes as well.

Given my academic background in a British curriculum from primary school to university, I am also capable of helping students with a holistic approach that includes general skills to build a foundation for self-studying in the future, as well as tasks such as university personal statements.

I like to take a different approach based on the student's needs, as I strongly believe there is no one set way of learning, and the most effective and efficient way to improve is by catering to one's own needs. I have experience tutoring English language and literature for both GCSE and A Level students in England while at university. However, I am also well-equipped to teach students whose first language is not English, as was my case as well.

When it comes to language subjects or simply learning a new language, it is essential to not become constrained by textbooks. Equally as important as these classic learning methods is having day-to-day conversations and being exposed to media that is made in the English language. While exams are important and a central aspect of my tutoring, I like to find a way to engage students with the more creative side of learning English through discussions on books, movies, and TV shows.
