I am a Canadian English teacher who has had successful careers in the hospitality industry, business communications, and corporate writing. In addition, I have over 30 years of experience teaching English and training language teachers around the world.

I hold my DELTA certification and have been a teacher trainer for CELTA, Trinity College London, TEFL International, and various other organizations. I have designed language programs for universities in South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, and the UK. I have also developed language training for regional educational boards in China and for SAFEA - the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs.

Furthermore, I have authored books on teaching English, served on the TESOL Spain Board of Directors, and have been a keynote speaker at numerous conferences. I have trained both native-speaking and non-native English teachers to work in public schools in various countries such as China, South Korea, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, Spain, Costa Rica, the Czech Republic, the UK, and Vietnam.

I have taught English students in approximately 20 countries and possess an understanding of the language weaknesses and needs of various nationalities, including Russian, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and more.
