Teaching should begin by first understanding the unique learning style of the student and assessing their strengths and weaknesses. Concepts taught in school will be re-taught in a way that the student can better understand, using models, illustrations, and visuals. I do not make students blindly memorize math formulas; instead, it is better for them to understand how the concepts work and recreate their formulas and unique approach to tackling every sort of question they face.
