I am a British-American science educator, wildlife specialist and communications professional with over 20 years’ experience working in the UK and internationally. I hold a BSc in Marine Biology, a PGCE in Secondary Science and an MSc in Global Wildlife Health and Conservation from the University of Bristol.
I have taught across primary, secondary and sixth form levels, including senior roles in leading international schools in Thailand and Singapore, delivering IGCSE, A-Level and IB Diploma Biology. Alongside teaching, I work as a private tutor, lecturer in animal management, and wildlife educator.
My career also spans marketing, events and communications within the food and sustainability sector, where I have led public engagement, copywriting, digital marketing and educational outreach. With a background in conservation fieldwork and NOAA research in the USA, I bring a rare blend of scientific rigour, communication skills and practical experience to everything I do. Read less
