I make sure to create a good atmosphere in every class so that the learners are comfortable. I welcome them warmly and talk about topics that might interests them before diving into the lesson. In this way, we get to know each other and the learners will get comfortable as well.
In the actual lesson, I let my students speak more and try their best in the activity. I will be there to guide them and give corrections if necessary. Read less
