1. Validity & Expiration
5-Hour Package: Valid for 30 days from purchase.

10-Hour Package: Valid for 60 days from purchase.

15-Hour Package: Valid for 90 days from purchase.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
24-Hour Rule: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled for free.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the lesson (full charge).

Emergency Clause: One "free pass" per 10 hours for documented emergencies/illness.

3. Punctuality (Late Arrivals)

Student Lateness: The lesson ends at the original scheduled time; lost time is not made up.

Teacher Lateness: If the teacher is late, the time is added to the end of the session or credited to a future lesson.
No-Show: After 15 minutes of waiting, the teacher may leave, and the lesson is charged in full.

4. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable: Packages are generally non-refundable once the first lesson has commenced.

Transferability: Students may transfer remaining hours to a friend or family member if they can no longer attend.

5. Technical Issues

Student Side: If the student has internet issues, the lesson is charged as a "Late Cancellation.

Teacher Side: If the teacher has technical issues, the lesson is rescheduled or the credit is returned to the package.
