I’m a London, UK-born and raised native English speaker and a qualified primary teacher with over 14 years of classroom experience across London, Hong Kong, and mainland China. I specialise in preparing children for SATs, teaching systematic phonics, and delivering engaging lessons across the full primary curriculum. I teach English, Phonics and all other Foundation subjects.

I use systematic synthetic phonics, breaking words into individual sounds and blending them to build confident readers—as taught in top UK schools. For SATs exam practise, I combine clear modelling, revision of past-test papers, and I use targeted practise methods with positive praise for growth of confidence.
