I am a Biology tutor based in Calgary, focused on helping high school students truly understand what they are learning.

My teaching style is clear, structured, and patient. I break complex topics into manageable steps and guide students through them until they feel confident solving problems on their own. I do not rush the process, because strong understanding leads to long-term results.

Recently completed academic upgrading at SAIT, I stay up to date with the Alberta curriculum and common challenges students face.

I have worked with students of different levels and learning styles, and I focus on building both academic skills and confidence. Many students come in feeling overwhelmed, and leave feeling more capable and in control of their learning. Read less

My tutoring approach is flexible and focused on each student’s individual needs. I adjust my teaching style based on their pace, strengths, and areas of difficulty. I begin by identifying where the student is struggling, then break the topic into smaller, manageable steps. I use clear explanations and simple examples to build a strong foundation before moving on to more complex questions.
