I observed early on that there is no one-system-fits-all strategy when it comes to teaching. I appreciated how certain teachers would use various skills to teach students of different abilities and this is an approach I also aim to implement as a teacher. I have taught English to many students with classes ranging from a more personal, one-on-one setting to those with upwards as 20 students. Finding different and interesting ways to educate students of diverse capabilities have been meaningful. Read less
