My name is Nick, and I have a bachelor's degree in English. I am an English teacher living in Bangkok. I have many years of experience teaching English to Japanese, Thai, Chinese, and Korean students.

As a fellow first language English speaker, I have experience teaching students from ages 4 all the way up to age 18. I teach primary school English as well as high school exam English, and I adapt my teaching style according to the student's pace. I am located in the heart of Bangkok, around the Emporium area.

I grew up and completed my education in Ohio. I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Akron and am working towards my bachelor's degree in Theology at the University of Belgrade. After completing my bachelor's degree in Theology, I plan to enroll in a Master's program specializing in Depression and Anxiety. I have been tutoring young children, teens, and adults for the last 8 years, specializing in English (reading, comprehension, writing, and vocabulary) while also providing training in Psychology and History. As a teacher, I strive for understanding. The most important thing for a student is to understand what they are learning. While memorization is important, I find that taking the time to break down all the parts of a problem and learning slowly but efficiently helps the student retain more knowledge. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy watching movies, photography, and sports.

For tertiary students, I teach Economics, Business Management, Administration, Marketing, and Financial Management. I hold three degrees: a Bachelor of Commerce degree with specialization in Management Sciences modules, obtained in 2018. I also hold a teaching qualification of a Postgraduate Certificate in Education for the FET phase with specialization in Economics, Business Studies, and Economics Management Sciences. Lastly, I am qualified with an Honours degree in Economics. Currently, I am working as a full-time teacher at Waterval Primary school.
