안녕하세요!

저는 2024년 KIS 판교 캠퍼스를 졸업하고, 현재 Cornell University에서 Biometry & Statistics와 Global Development를 복수 전공하고 있는 Erin입니다.

이번 여름에는 교수님의 연구실에서 원격 연구조교로 근무할 예정이지만, 남는 시간을 활용하여 AP Statistics 과외를 진행하고자 합니다. 참고로, 2024년 AP Statistics 시험에서 5점을 받았습니다. 5월 25일부터 8월 21일까지 한국에 머물 예정이며, 청담 인근에서 대면 수업 또는 Zoom을 통한 온라인 수업이 모두 가능합니다. 스케줄은 학생분의 일정에 맞춰 유연하게 조율할 수 있습니다.

수업은 영어로 진행되며, 단순한 문제 풀이보다 개념에 대한 깊은 이해와 시험 전략에 중점을 둘 예정입니다. 특히, AP 시험의 FRQ(서술형) 문항 준비에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

여름 이후 미국으로 돌아간 뒤에도 AP Statistics 또는 대학 입시 준비(에세이, 학교 선택, 원서 전략 등)에 대해 온라인으로 꾸준히 도움을 드릴 수 있습니다.

Hello!

My name is Erin, and I am a rising junior at Cornell University, double majoring in Biometry & Statistics and Global Development. I graduated from KIS Pangyo Campus in 2024.

This summer, I will be working remotely as a research assistant for my professor, but I would like to spend my remaining time in Korea tutoring AP Statistics. For reference, I received a score of 5 on the AP Statistics exam in 2024. I will be in Korea from May 25 to August 21 and am available for in-person sessions near Cheongdam or online via Zoom. My schedule is flexible and can be adjusted to fit yours.

Lessons will be conducted in English and will focus on deep conceptual understanding and test-taking strategies, rather than rote problem-solving. In particular, I will emphasize preparation for the FRQ (Free-Response Questions) on the AP exam.

Even after I return to the US at the end of the summer, I would be happy to continue offering support and mentorship online, whether for AP Statistics or college application preparation (including essay guidance, school selection, application strategy, and more).
