My name is Olivia, and I am currently a PhD student at UC Davis, studing environmental engineering. My work focuses on biological treatment of trace organic contaminants (e.g. pesticides) in water. I have two years of experience as a teaching assistant for undergraduates, and am knowledgable in many interconnected areas such as biology, chemistry, mathematics, engineering and ecology. I am passionate about making learning spaces comfortable and accessible for students of all backgrounds. Additionally, I pay close attention to my students' learning styles, and listen to their opinions on how they best take in and learn information. I have knowledge in a wide array of subjects in the biological sciences. I have significant experience in General Biology, Genetics/Molecular Biology, and Biochemistry; but I am also well versed in Nutrition, Ecology, and Microbiology. Through my own coursework and my work helping others, I am particularly skilled at dissecting scientific literature and preparing reports. My teaching style focuses on breaking down problems into manageable pieces and always focusing everything around a student's current foundation of understanding. My tutoring experience consists of online science tutoring for over a year so I am comfortable using virtual platforms. Additionally, I have experience as a collegiate running coach and academic mentor.

Hi, I'm Rachel. I am an experinced Biology teacher with an academic background in Life Science. I have a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry as well as an MSc, both obtained in top universities in Ireland. I obtained my teaching qualification in the UK and have been teaching in Bahrain for 4 years. I have experience teaching the British, American and IB curriculums. I'm very passionate Biology and especially teaching it.

Hi there! My name is Coco, and I'm excited to help you in your biology and English learning journey. I have volunteered as a tutor in English and I have achieved all 7s for my IBDP examinations in biology (Higher Level). Additionally, I have been accepted into the University of Hong Kong.

I am an experienced Biology teacher(10 years) I live in Hilversum and I am very passionate to teach Biology ( Botany and Zoology)to MYP and DP students. I have a very practical approach of teaching and I make sure teaching is conceptual and students in future can apply science concepts in their research fields or any career they choose. I teach both online and offline.

Graduating with an International Baccalaureate Diploma, I am a year two student currently studying at the University of Melbourne, majoring in Animal Health and Diseases. I take pride in my organization and good critical thinking, as well as analytical skills in learning.
