I'm an experienced Science and Math tutor in the Chicago area. I have taught subjects including but not limited to: Biology, Algebra, Geometry, Physics, ACT English, ACT and SAT Math, ACT and SAT Reading, ACT Science, ACT and SAT Writing/essay. I have many years of studying under my belt with my Master's in Biology and I have been tutoring for 5 years in the Chicagoland area. I usually get my students through word of mouth/referrals but am looking to expand my services to online as well. I offer the first meeting/lesson free to make sure we're a good fit for each other. If you're local, I'm willing to meet in a public place, i.e. library, coffee shop, etc. Or the student's home. Otherwise via the internet works perfect for me. I have a flexible schedule and will work with the availability you have.

This technique has not only reduced the boredom of lengthy notes that deter students from biology but made my past students to imbibe the basic facts and concepts of the curriculum, rather than memorizing with- Rote learning techniques.

I have 6 years of experience in teaching biology, chemistry, and math for IGCSE, A Level, and IB exams. I graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Master's Degree in Biochemistry. My lessons will focus on strategies to target topics for examination success, with an emphasis on approaching questions and stretching thoughts to achieve higher grades. Many of my students have shown significant improvement on tests after a few months of tuition. I am a year 2 student currently studying medicine at HKU. I completed my A-Level studies in Cardiff Sixth Form College, I studied in Diocesan Girls’ Junior School and Diocesan Girls’ School. In AS Levels, I have obtained A grade in physics, chemistry, biology and maths, with an average ums of 95/100. My grades for my A-Level exams are 5A*s (including chinese). I have also completed my IELTS examination with an overall score of 8.5. I have had experiences of tutoring pre-school, primary and secondary school students, I understand student's needs and emphasise on understanding instead of memorisation.
