Hello! My name is Alicja and I can help you pass your high school exams - be it in Maths, Physics, or English. I am a third-year architecture student at the Eindhoven University of Technology. If you would like to get accepted to a great University or HBO, or move up into HAVO or VWO, but feel insecure about your results, contact me and let's figure it out together. I am an alumna of the IB Diploma, where I scored 44 out of 45 possible points (top 2% worldwide). I pursued Maths, Physics, and English at the Higher Level, which is why I am best prepared to teach these subjects. I am familiar not only with the concepts expected at the high school level, but also with the tricks and traps used in exam questions and the strategies you can use to avoid them. I have experience tutoring IB high school students in Poland, as well as Dutch students at the University. I have helped many high school students pass their higher-level Maths exams. I also prepared many of my friends and acquaintances to pass Maths and Physics at the university level, as it is required by my bachelor's curriculum but not comprehensively taught. Finally, I was hired by the University as a tutor for the Calculus course. In tutoring, I enjoy coming up with novel ways to explain concepts in a way that is accessible to students. In my high school years, I struggled with understanding physics, and my teacher's explanations were too sophisticated for my mind. That is why I taught most concepts to myself by simplifying them and learning the tricks to solve exam questions. In my work as a tutor, I found that with the right words and a lot of practice, any concept can become understandable, and even easy.
