My name is Jaydene and I am an English teacher with IELTS certification and Teaching certification for students with special needs I hold a PGD in early childhood education. I worked at a private institution teaching the IGCSE curriculum to learners from years 1 - 10, as well as adult students preparing for IELTS and SAT exams. I worked with a variety of students including special needs, and students of many ages and backgrounds. We use whiteboards and colored markers, threading laces through letters and Playdough to make letters of the alphabet and so much more. With my Adult students who are preparing for IELTS or SAT exams or just wanting to learn English as a second language, we go through Modules that are custom designed for each student's needs that will include speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I will discuss my student's progress and where I feel they need to focus more in order to help them succeed in their goals.

We can read and discuss the lyrics to English songs that you like. I will help you express your thoughts in English, and, if you would like to me to, I will take notes so that you can focus solely on speaking and listening. I will send you the notes after class so that you can practice saying the new words and phrases you have learned.
