I am an English and ESL tutor based in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, offering online lessons to students of all ages who want to improve their speaking, fluency, and confidence in real-life communication.

My main focus is on helping learners move beyond “textbook English” and develop natural, practical language skills they can use in everyday situations, work environments, and academic settings. I specialise in fluency coaching, conversational English, pronunciation support, and structured speaking practice.

I have 3 years of ESL teaching experience and a TEFL certification, and I currently work with both children and adult learners. My students range from beginner to advanced levels, and I adapt my teaching style to suit each learner’s goals, personality, and learning pace.

My teaching style is structured but relaxed. I create a supportive environment where students are encouraged to speak as much as possible without fear of making mistakes. I focus on correcting errors in a clear and constructive way while building vocabulary, sentence structure, and confidence step by step.

What separates my lessons is the emphasis on real communication. Instead of only memorising rules, students practise speaking from the very first lesson. Lessons are interactive, personalised, and designed to build long-term fluency, not just short-term test performance.
