I am a Teaching Assistant (TA) and graduate student at Queen's University. I received my BSc in Electrical Engineering with highest honors. I am a chartered Mechanical Engineer working full-time as a PhD Candidate at ISAE-SUPAERO. My current project regards ballistic protection by experiment/simulation correlation and optimisation. Also, I have worked as a mechanical engineer in Italy at the Italian Institute of Technology (Genoa, Italy) as a mechatronic engineer and as a consultant for Leonardo S.p.A. (La Spezia, Italy) in the quality department.

I graduated with university degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Systems and Industrial Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. I have many years of working experience as a mechanical and electrical engineer. I have an intense passion for all things related to science and math. I have excelled in these subjects throughout my life and was able to retire at a relatively young age.
