I grew up in Thailand, Australia and the UK, this gives me an advantage in communications as I'm well versed in both Thai and English as well as a cultural insight in different types of English. I believe it's important to get to know students, understand how they learn and in turn allow them to absorb knowledge in a way that works for them. I take a very open approach to learning, being a very creative and enthusiastic learner myself, I can empathise with the boredom of repetitive routine work which is why I'd like the chance to be able teach students how to enjoy learning instead of being something they are forced to do. I strongly believe you first have to put someone in an environment and mindset suitable for learning before you try to feed knowledge. I like to talk to the students to get an idea of where they stand or how they think, this way I can approach them as a teacher in a way specific to them, this will create comfortability which translates into clear thinking and an optimal work rate.
